Our products
Our products are delivered using a designated transport company direct from the UK’s largest poultry processing plant.
We offer category 3 products but of edible standard in a fresh and frozen format. Our frozen products are sent from the processing plant to a BRC Grade Food Facility to be crushed and frozen into 10kg blocks.
Whilst we specialise in poultry, we can also supply many other meat products so if this is of interest to you, talk to us and let us help.

Our Directors
Darren Oxby
Director
Darren started his journey within the poultry sector working for what was then Padleys, now Moy Park. He was Hygiene Team Leader for the wash teams. This entailed travelling the country washing and disinfecting poultry houses before the new birds arrived. He then went onto completing the fumigation course. This licence was held by only two other employees within the company.
After working in this industry for many years, Darren was offered a position in the private security industry both in the UK and overseas. This entailed private investigations, maritime security, and close protection.
Following this, Darren pursued his ambition of owning his own business. His first entrepreneurial venture was a business in Asia. With his experience in poultry, and friendship with Joe who had the poultry manufacturing background, joining forces to grow Polchi International Ltd was the perfect partnership.
Joe Adamic
Director
Joe's career within the poultry industry began when he was just 17 years old and worked on chicken farms in Lincolnshire. A year later he progressed to employment at Padleys (now known as Moy Park) where he was in charge of running production lines.
From the age of 21, he managed different departments including: processing, cutting and packing for retail. During this time he was responsible for more than 300 staff.
Following this, he moved to a managerial post at 2SFG working with animal by-products and looking after sites in England, Scotland and Wales.
Joe shared Darren's ambition of owning his own business and brings with him a wealth of knowledge across all aspects within the poultry industry.
